Products and availability

Products, prices and stock may change. An order is subject to product availability, accurate customer details and delivery feasibility. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, a live plant cannot safely be sent to the destination, or an order requires clarification.

Photographs are intended to represent the item. Screens can display colours differently, and living plants naturally vary in height, leaf count, colour and growth shape. What is included is determined by the product title and description.

Customisation and bulk orders

Names, logos, messages, colours and quantities must be confirmed before production. Once custom work has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Final feasibility, timing, artwork and charges are agreed with the quote.

Website use

• Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
• Product photographs, copy and branding may not be reused commercially without permission.
• Links to third-party services such as couriers or messaging platforms are subject to those providers’ own terms.
• Care guidance is general; plant health also depends on the actual environment, water, light and handling.
